Product: hp 15-dw1001nk
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my performance task manager tab says in memory i have 1of 2 slots used but when i opened the computer without damaging the inside of it  i didn't find the second slot so I had another pc and opened it take out the other ram so to place another to my pc before i even opened my new pc because dude 4gb ram slower with soldered  on board intel Celeron N4020 @1.10 GHZ and an intel UHD graphics 600 that uses 0,1 of 1.9gb of GPU ram i had a lot ideas before opening the laptop i was going to change the CPU and memory but everything goes down after seeing things with open eyes

It has Intel N4020 processor therefore it ONLY has 1 slot of RAM which supports 8GB max.
