32GB Ram Upgrade Spectre X360 15-df0001TX

Hi Im new here, I have purchased the HP Spectre X360 15-df0001TX, I have asked my reseller here in Australia and they can not give me a definate answer on whether the 16GB 16GB DDR4 2666mhz ram that came with this model can be upgraded.  The spec's that show on their webpage states that the 16GB ram is onboard and can be updated to 32GB. But still no one can answer whether there is an extra ram module slot or if the system has 2 x Gb ram module.  Has anyone here on this forum faced with this issue for this model?

Thank you for your quick response, is the 16GB onboard and cant be removed or are there 2 x 8 GB ram modules installed?

Also do you have a link to the service manual for this model?

Did you find answer to your query ?

I purchased the same model this week from harveynorman.com.au website. Their website says RAM Expandable to 32GB

However, this HP Service center manual for HP Spectre x360 15" df000x model http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06162318

says that Memory : Two SODIMM slots, customer non-accessible/non-upgradeable

I'm confused now. I am about to send email to HP Support / Tech - if they tell me it is non upgradeable, I am gonna ask harvey norman for refund.
