32GB ram memory module for HP Envy Laptop 17t-da000, 17.3" 8Z288AV_1

hello I need to upgrade with an addiiotinal 32GB ram memory module for HP Envy Laptop 17t-da000, 17.3" 8Z288AV_1, it currently has 2x 8gb, bought a 32GB memory module from Crucial recommended tool for my system, and it doesnt recognize it.
can anyone provide me with the part numbers of compatible 32gB memory modules for this laptop

No, HP does NOT supply part # for 32GB of RAM. Only mentioned on page 17 of the manual

• 16 GB part # N38627-005
• 8 GB part # N37792-005

Note: You can use a tool called CPU-Z to see which brand and characteristics of existing RAM is.  I know Crucial is good but not 100%. I used Crucial to buy more RAM for my HP 840 G5 and it did not work. I used CPU-Z to find its existing RAM and search online then buy from Amazon. It worked.

Above information is for 8GB but you wish 32GB. You have to ask Samsung.
