2 screens listed in the Service manual:

15.6-in., liquid crystal display (LCD), full high-deƭnition (FHD) (1920×1080), AntiGlare, white lightemitting diode (WLED), UWVA, 72 650, eDP+PSR, slim, TouchScreen display assembly with privacy ƭlter

15.6-in, LCD, FHD (1920×1080), BrightView, WLED, UWVA, 45 220, eDP, slim, TouchScreen display assembly with narrow bezel

I think the 220 in the second one may mean 220 nits which is not very bright. I am advising those who ask to hold off on Ryzen-based systems as we have seen a few complaints of lower than expected general performance. I was hoping that AMD had finally come up with something to really compete with Intel but the jury is still out on Ryzen I am afraid.

me too 😞

i look at ryzen specs its really great chip

after  reading more about this laptop it seems that the ryzen chip has lower screen brightness somehow , i wish that the problem is software preblem that could be fixed in the future , if it was physical problem well we cant do anything about it 😕 , other wise this laptop is a killer 😄

On paper yes it is

And in real world too ! The APU inside the chip is way better than the intel 620u
now the only problem is the brightness

UPDATE : if you didnt update your RYZEN cpu youll have really dim display , after updating the brightness increases to a very good level but still not as bright as competeters
