I keep getting this 3F0 Hard Disk error from time to time while using my laptop. This problem can happen when I am doing literally anything. Trying to boot the laptop? Throw the error and can't boot. If I am able to boot, it can crash the second I start using it. Get past that if I am lucky? Open a small program like chrome or notepad and then it crashes. Feeling extremely lucky?? Get to launch a game or something to pass time and then 30 minutes in I crash. I sent this laptop in under warranty and was told my battery had a problem so they fixed that but nothing about my 3F0 error. Was expecting maybe my hard disk to be replaced but seems to me like they didn't even take a look at it. I have been through the troubleshooting process a total of maybe 5 or 6 times now. Done the same thing over and over again for it to say my system is fine and not get a bad result just for it to crash on me when I start actually using it again. If there is any advice on fixing this issue I would love to hear it because it seems my only option is to replace the disk drive. I don't want to be spending that money however when it should have been fixed a long time ago under warranty. Extremely disappointed with the incompetence of the HP support branch and their techs
