Hp pavilion 15-bc401la
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, like one week ago i decided to upgrade my hp pavilion 15-bc401la with a 128gb ssd m.2, the problem is that im using the computer normally, it just freezes and then it redirects me to the blue screen of death, it Restarts and after a few seconds it restarts and shows up the errors 3f1 or 3f0

Is it a driver?, Hardware problems?. With hp diagnostics i check if the hdd is fine and it tells me that everything is fine

Any collaboration is highly appreciated

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting 3F0 and 3F1 errors after replacing the hard drive with SSD.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.

If you continue facing the issue, then disable secure boot in the BIOS and test. Refer to the below article for detailed steps.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
