Hello! I have the HP Pavilion x360 (model 15-er0000) and I think I have a hardware problem.
Since the start of the year, my rtfgvb keys wouldn't work. They would only respond intermittently, after hitting them several times, and sometimes even then they wouldn't respond at all. After a couple of weeks it got to where my 45 keys were fickle and unresponsive too, but the problem soon repaired itself?
The keys just started working again in the summer, which was great! And then they stopped working and referred to how they were in the spring, like, TODAY. I am typing this all out on my phone because the keys won't work. I don't know what to do. I've been to a repair store partnered with HP and they said I should still be under warranty. I tried to go through HP and that was like trying to pull teeth. I've uninstalled and reinstalled my drivers, restarted my laptop, tried to clean underneath the keys...I use this laptop for school, and I don't know what else to do. My warranty's expiring soon.
