This machine has 4 GB of ram. Can I upgrade to 8 gb or more? Is there more than 1 memory slot? Will the system recognize and support more than 4 GB?
Also, can you tell me what "64" signifies in Windows version "Windows 10 Home 64"?
- Thank you in advance for your help with this...

I can't find the specs of your machine nor the manual. But you should be able to add 4GB more to slot 2 (total 8 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM (2 x 4 GB)). or 16GB (2 x 8GB)
Regards.

This appears to be a relatively new model for the Mexico and other South American countries. You can try going to support.hp.com and selecting your country and see if there is a maintenance and service guide available for this device.
