Pavilion x360 13-ut158tu
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Q, W, E, R keys are not working, I have looked around for fixes that I can do without buying a new keyboard or laptop but bone work and I am certain I need a new replacement keyboard, however I cannot find any that seem suitable for this model. All I need is a link or two to a site or shop I can find replacement keyboards for this model HP Pavilion x360 13-ut158tu, Z6YONPA #ABG

It's not like you think. The keyboard is not a separate replaceable part. HP only offers the whole top cover as a replacement and the keyboard is held in with plastic rivets that have to be melted. A few people have tried to replace just the keyboard and it does not wind up well...it fits loose and has functional problems.

This is the US Silver colored top cover:

Keyboards are available on eBay but keep in mind the difficulty of installing.
