USING PROBOOK 440G1 SL. NO. [edited] WARRANTY EXPIRED IN AUG 2017,  NOT ACCEPTING ANY UPDRADE WHETHER FOR OS OR FOR OFFICE, HOW TO RESOLVE?

HP SUPPORT ASSISTANT ALSO DOES NOT SHOW ANY UPDATES SINCE 2017.

FURTHER I DONT KNOW WHETHER PROCESSOR AND DRIVERS WERE UPDATED SINCE PURCHASE. 

MOSTLY I REMAIN OUT OF NETWORK COVERAGE AREA AN WORK OFFLINE.

KINDLY HELP IN UPDATING THE NOTEBOOK.

In terms of Win8.1, MS is not doing Upgrades for it anymore as they have dropped support, so all you would see now is security patches.

As to MS Office, the different versions update different ways -- and we don't handles that as that is not HP software.  For problems updating MS Office, you would have to contact Microsoft.
