when i upgrade my laptop 4gb to 8gb the hardware reserve the 2.1gb out off 8gb how to fix this problem

Lets start with you identifying your HP product.

 

How to identify an HP laptop

 

The hardware reserve is memory  overhead that the hardware in your laptop needs. That is not something you will have control over.

 

You can add more installed memory.
