Right now I am using the "ease of access" keyboard because after having this glorified rock for less than TWO years some, I mean, most of the letters on the real keyboard stopped working. I've rebooted, reset and pressed esc a zillion times to no avail. It is not fair that I have to pay for this probably refurbished lemon to be fixed. I paid over $500 for a NEW notebook and HP sold me junk. It has already been serviced before under the warranty. Now I just want my money back to buy a used mac.

This is what happens when you outsource customer service because the communication is "lost in translation". I had this product for less than a year and a half and the keyboard stopped functioning. CLEARLY I received a faulty notebook. The "customer service" is worthless or doesn't understand English. I called about my notebook and they sent me a link to a manual for a printer?? I WANT MY MONEY BACK.  That's it. Fix my keyboard FOR FREE, send me a functioning notebook or just refund me the $500 I spent. This is truly ROBBERY. I thought HP was a trust-worthy brand, but it is selling cheap China junk at inflated prices. And now they are not accepting calls. Unbelievable.

[edit]My laptop broke down TWICE in under two years. Now the keyboard isn't functioning. CLEARLY, I received a defective product. Stephan So Me [edit] provided me the link to a printer manual when my problem is with a LAPTOP. He then had the nerve to tell me "due to the crisis", they are not accepting repairs outside of warranty. Newsflash: this is a CRISIS for your PAYING customers, too! Second newsflash: the crisis will be over and I will STILL be stuck with a nonfunctioning laptop. My situation is a unique case. I paid $500 for a laptop for it to break down TWICE in under two years. Is that the longevity of their product??? Learn to think outside the box, robot. And to top it all off, he refused to let me speak to a manager.  [edit] because I was sold JUNK and they are not willing or able to do anything about it. edit
