Product: HP ENVY x360 13.3 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 13-bf0000 (552D7AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I bought this one specifically because on the Best Buy website it says on the Q & A section you could upgrade or add to the ram.  Plus, the person who answered had an HP certified badge next to their username.  Even though I have seen in the spec's and it says unupgradable (and I'm stuck with 8Gb), can I please get an official answer if this is in any way possible?

Supports the following configurations:
● 16 GB
● 8 GB

 

No, RAM is soldered its system board (Onboard) and not upgradable.
