Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My elitebook 830 G6 with windows 10 pro 64 bits is unable to connect to Arc mouse via Bluetooth. 

Any help please. Thanks.

I have an Arc mouse I bought at the Microsoft Campus a few years ago and have periodically had that very same issue..

 

I suggest using the Windows 10 bluetooth connections troubleshooter. It is in the control panel.

 

Are you able to connect the mouse to another PC or notebook with bluetooth?

Hi Erico,

 

I went to install MS Mouse & Keyboard Centre and the arc mouse managed to get detected and connected. Right now it seems to be able to retain the connection.
