Dear HP Community,
I have Purchased HP laptop In Flipkart "HP APU Quad Core A8 A8-7410 - (4 GB/1 TB HDD/ Windows 10 Home) 15-BG004AU Laptop"
Recently I have Purchased 4GB PC3L 12800s as same as installed in Laptop from manufacturers, It showing installed RAM 8GB but In system settings It shows 8GB(3.57GB) Usable pls anyone help and explain how to get ride of this problem, and pls clarify Motherboard support 8GB Ram or not This laptop has 2Slots
