Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, recently i have bough an HP 255 G7 and i noticed that in 8gb ram i can only use 5.9. i tried to uncheck the box of maximum memory in msconfig and updated the BIOS but still not working (BIOS version insyder f.37). I searched online and there is this memory remap feature in the BIOS, but my bios dosen't have that feature. How do i resolve this(and where is the remap feature)

That is a known issue which is related to AMD processors. Please check the following article:.

Newer BIOS should help but not much.

another question, how do i acess the advanced tab menu of my BIOS (Bios version insyder f.37)?
