Hello. For a few months the 8ik, keys have not been working consistently. Sometimes they work as normal and other times I have to mash those keys to get anything out of them. I called a laptop repair service and they said they could replace to internal keyboard but that was quite an expensive option. Looking online, I see people saying there could be a loose connection under the keyboard. What is my best bet? Replace the keyboard, call another repair service, or fix the connection myself? (I am a layman but I'll be careful). How could I fix it myself? I do not think I have warranty. Thanks.
