Product: Spectre 15-ch015nd
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Battery is blowing up like a balloon and the bottom plate is coming loose. When I see how many complains there are about this battery type (928372-855) I wonder why no call-back is organised for this one?

 

Please tell me where I can get a replacement battery at no charge. I know warranty is over, but under dutch law a manufacturer is responsible during the entire period a customer may reasonably expect decent functioning of a laptop. I will be happy to send mine in in exchange for a new one in return.
