Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

SOMEHOW WHEN PUSHING SOME KIND OF SEQUENCE OF THE POWER BUTTON AND VOLUME BUTTON, I ACTIVATED A RELOAD ON THE BIOS.  WHEN IT FINISHED, THE TABLET STARTED INSTALLING THE WINDOWS RESET WHICH I HAD STARTED WHEN THIS ERROR OCCURRED.

My Stream 7 is stuck with the message "

On my Stream 7 Tablet running Windows 10, this message appeared on my screen during a system reset "A configuration change was requested to clear this computer's TPM (Trusted Platform Module) WARNING: Clearin erases infomation stored on the TPM. You will lose all created keys and access to data encrypted by these keys. Press YES to clear the TPM Press NO to reject this change request and continue Yes   No Do you accept the change?" and the screen is inoperative and will not accept any input.  When I try to reboot, it continues to give me this message.  It will not let me get access to the bios by using the start and volume keys, it just goes back to this same message.  I have tried to reboot it after the battery shows no charge and it has to have more than 3% charge.  When I put it on the charger to charge it to this minimum, it takes me back to this message.  I have created a microsoft windows repair disk but  I need a way to get into the bios.   Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
