Hi, first time here, I was using my laptop one night watching a movie from a website, i wanted to buy something from downstairs so i put my laptop in sleep not shutdown, i went down and came back 30mins later but the laptop was faulty, it was saying my password was incorrect when infact it was correct, and also it was not doing the face recognition which it does everytime the lock was on. The laptop I'm using is HB Elitebook 830 G8 Notebook PC. A secong hand laptop ive been using the last 5months
