Very disappointed with HP.

My original HP printer became extremely slow and eventually stopped printing. When I requested a refund, HP declined and instead sent a replacement printer (Order #BXLQ9868-01).

It's now been over a month, and the replacement printer has not printed a single page. The HP Smart app shows that print jobs are sent successfully, but nothing ever reaches the printer.

HP's solution to a defective printer was to replace it with another non-functional printer. After spending hours troubleshooting and dealing with support, I still don't have a working printer.

To make matters worse, HP's online support portal seems to exist only for the sake of having a support portal. Cases get logged, time gets spent, but no concrete resolution comes out of it. As a customer, I've been left chasing support channels while the actual problem remains unresolved.

At this point, I've completely lost confidence in HP's product quality and customer support. Can someone from the HP escalation team please take ownership of this case and provide a real resolution?

Hi   @Bhomick111,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

I hear your concern  about the  experience you’ve had with your HP printers and the support process so far. I completely understand how  it must feel to receive a replacement device that still doesn’t work, and to spend so much time troubleshooting without a clear resolution. Your trust in HP matters, and I want to make sure this gets the attention it deserves.

Could you kindly confirm:

Did you already reach out to us regarding the replacement printer not functioning?

Do you have a case ID or reference number from your previous support interactions?

If you can share that case ID with us via private message, I’ll be able to check the details and ensure this is escalated to the right team for a a quick review.
