I have noticed a little hump at the bottom of my laptop (14-dq1043cl). Now I thought this could be a swollen battery but I checked Battery Bar v3.6.6 and it states that there is no battery wear. The HP Support Assistant diagnostic test also states that the battery is normal, these tests are making believe that the battery is not swollen. I also do not use my laptop very often. I do not want to open my laptop since I am not sure how to completely reassemble it but I have checked a YouTube video disassembly of this laptop and I found out where the location of the battery is, lower-right (when flipped over). What was interesting is that the bump is more off to the side of the battery closer to the fan. What I am basically asking is, is this bump normal? Or is it truly swollen battery? Or is the computer fine?
I did not provide any pictures because the bump is not too noticeable by camera but is visible enough by sight and can be felt.
The bump is around the vicinity of the battery but is closer to the fan.
