Product: HP Laptop - 14s-fq0014nt
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a problem related to the motherboard of my laptop hp 14s-fq0014nt. The laptop does not turn on or charge at all. The power cable is fine and there is a voltage that can be measured on the motherboard, but there is a small black chip left to the heat sink, which I think is related to power (IC power), it gets insanely hot as soon as I plug in the power cable. I could not find this chip on the datasheet nor its number.

 

How this problem can be fixed? Also can I go to an HP service\support location in İstanbul without an appointment?
