Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

hi, i am using hp 245 g7  notebook . It  has an m.2 slot .May i know is it a sata interface or a pcie nvme interface? if it is a sata interface can i upgrade to nvme interface? because i am using a nvme ssd on that slot and not getting the expected speed of nvme ssd from the slot.what should i do?
