#ABV at the end of the product number of HP Spectre - 13-af001ne

I have purchased HP laptop spectre -13-af0xx the name from system info HP laptop spectre -13-af0xx but in back of the box writing 

HP Spectre - 13-af001ne in the box of laptop written why ?

product number 2WA80EA#ABV  from Kabul Afghanistan .
what is this #ABV at the end of the product number which country reign is this laptop? Its brand new or refurbished ? I checked from HP online the online warranty is expired kindly give me the information about mentioned laptop.

@Shukrullah It looks like #ABV is for Arabia (English)  that said, do you have warranty issues that you wish to dispute? If yes, click here to check the warranty and click on "dispute this" at the bottom to submit a ticket to get that fixed.
