Product: OMEN Laptop - 15-ek0013dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a question regarding the compatibility between my laptop, an OMEN 15-ek0013dx, and a replacement AC Adapter sent to me by Best Buy to replace my old adapter.

The new AC Adapter is HP Part 815860-002. It is a 200W adapter with an input of 100-240V, 2.9 A, and 50-60 Hz and an output of 19.5V and 10.3A. It's regulatory model is TPN-CA03. 

The old AC Adapter is HP Part L00895-003. It was a 200W adapter, with an input of 100-240V, 3.0A, and 50-60 Hz and an output of 19.5V and 10.3A. It's regulatory model is TPN-DA10.

I am concerned, because this is the exact same model as the previous AC Adapter Best Buy sent me which had blown a hole through wire you plug into the wall. Is it safe to use the model Best Buy sent me?
