Hi Community!! I need some help with this inquiry. I have a 15-CW0002la Pavilion Notebook, I want to know if I can use an AC Adapter with 65 watts capacity to charge my PC since I cannot find in supply stores one of 45 watts as the original. I appreciate your time and response!!

As long as it is one of the compatible power adapters listed below. 65 watts is OK. Only use the HP part numbered power adapters.

The forum software is not allowing proper formatting. I bolded the HP part numbers

AC adapter:

Description                                                                                                         HP Part number
65 W HP Smart AC adapter (non-PFC, EM, RC, 4.5 mm)                                   913691-850
65 W AC adapter (non-PFC, S-3P, 4.5 mm)                                                          710412-001

45 W HP Smart AC adapter (non-PFC, RC, 4.5 mm, non-slim)                       741727-001
