Product: HP x2 Detachable

Just received my new HP x2 Detachable and the charger that came with it is saying that the AC adapter is not compatible even though it is the one that came with the laptop - any ideas anyone!?

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

  • Have you tried with different Ac adapter? 
  • Does Ac adapter charge the battery? Does the battery percentage increases? 

While you respond to that, let's try BIOS Update: Follow steps from the link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c00042629

And also disconnect and reconnect the Ac adapter and power brick for no loose connection.
