Every time I start my PC or shut it down, there's this annoying message saying ACPI Bios error. How can I fix it? My laptop model number is HP Laptop 15s-fq2xxx. Please, help me out.

The only available BIOS versions HP supplies are for Windows. Updating BIOS to a latest version  and also updating the drivers would probably fix the issue if you were running Windows.

Since you are using  Linux, you should be able to resolve this by configuring GRUB.
As always, you should make a backup of the current GRUB.conf file before making any changes.

Open /boot/grub/grub. conf with a text editor.
Append acpi=off to the kernel boot command line in /boot/grub/grub. ...
Reboot the node.

That should resolve the error.
