HP Notebook - 14-cf0335nd
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

within a few weeks, around 3 weeks after purchase, my USB ports stopped working...

But I couldn't find any solutions and now I'm kinda hopeless...

Is this a familiar problem or just bad luck?

Uninstall the USB driver from the device manager.

1. Press Windows+X to open the menu, and choose Device Manager on it.

2. In the device manager, expand the category "USB Controllers".

3. Under this category, right click on your USB driver and click on Uninstall.

4. You may be required to confirm the uninstallation. Check the box next to "Delete the driver software for this device" and click OK button.

5. Restart the computer.

Then, let's update the BIOS and the Chipset using this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-14-cf0000-laptop-pc/20395769/model/23127959.
