Product: HP 14 inch Laptop PC 14-f1000 (2L1A9AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I was wondering if my iGPU had the ability to adjust the total VRAM it has depending on how much total RAM the system has. Currently, my HP 14-fq1097nr only has a total of 8GB in RAM. I'm planning on upgrading this to 16GB in dual channel mode in the future. The RAM has a speed of 3200MHZ. If it does have the ability the adjust the amount of VRAM, what performance increase can I expect in my system?
