Is there a driver upgrade for the above mentioned GPU? I am running Win 10 Pro, Version2004, OS19041.630.

How well it will work with Build 2004 is anyone's guess

In the link you provided there is no HD 5000 listed. Does this mean it is not supported or should I be looking elsewhere? Is it older than the 4000 series?

The following products have driver support for Windows® 10 and DirectX 11:

  • AMD Radeon™ HD 6000 Series/AMD Mobility Radeon™ HD 6000 Series Graphics
  • AMD Radeon™ HD 5000 Series/AMD Mobility Radeon™ HD 5000 Series Graphics

If your graphics adapter is included on the list of supported products, please install the latest AMD Catalyst™ Driver for Windows® 10 to fully enable its feature set.

AMD Catalyst™ Driver can be downloaded from: www.amd.com/drivers.

 

5000 is newer than 4000
