AMD Procesor Turbo core not working and wrong TDP

I have a long problem with the AMD A8-7410 processor.
First in gaming the CPU speed sits stuck at 1.98 GHz and does not want to grow at least the base that is 2.2 GHz.
AMD says it's your fault because you blocked the TDP at 15, the processor from the manufacturer (AMD) supports 25W. How can i solve this problem and how do I make the TDP at Normall (Max 25w).
PS temperatures are normal.

@DN2005Q The processor is system managed and the settings to overclock or tune the processor is not recommended or supported by the device,

That said, here's all you need to know about the AMD processor turbo core:

To enable Turbo Boost go to Core/Voltage tab , and click on the Turbo Core button.

A window will appear, and there you must check the box with "Enable Turbo Core" .

Before that go to Preferences > Settings > Check "Apply my last settings when system boots".

Then restart your computer and that should be it.

Note: If the above options are unavailable, its most likely locked to avoid overclocking as this device is not designed for the same.

You need to download and install the AMD Overdrive.
