Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have recently upgraded this machine from Windows 8 to Windows 10 64bit and am now having problems with the mouse pointer (touchpad or external USB mouse)

The pointer moves but pauses / freezes for a short while when moving. Also if I type a string of letters in a WP program it displays the letters but then pauses /freezes for a short while before continuing.

This behavior did not happen under Windows 8

I have discovered that if I uninstall the Win 10 AMD Radeon R4 graphics drivers and revert to the build-in Microsoft basic graphics driver the problem disappears. Can anyone point me to the Windows 8 Radeon R4 graphics driver please?
