Hello. I recently updated some drivers and bios and now when i go to access my radeon settings app it says "error Qt5WebEngineCore.dll" and won't open and i just recently got this computer off a friend. Im not too sure how to fix it, uninstalled the graphics driver and re installed the most recent one, nothing has worked.

@Swagendubz Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that you are getting AMD Radeon Settings error.
Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the Graphics drivers?
After uninstalling the drivers, please restart the computer and then install the graphics drivers.
