Hello,

I've been using my notebook for a while and not being able to update the AMD Radeon update. In fact, I try to open the AMD Radeon Settings and it gives back a message 'Radeon Settings and Driver versions do not match. Please try again after updating the latest version(s).' 

The problem with that is nothing happens when I try to update.

Please help. Thanks!

HP Recommended

It may be a version before Radeon Adrenalin 2020 which is why the update fails. The latest versions are available here. However, it is recommended to select the Factory Reset option during installation.
Chipset drivers can also be obtained from AMD. I would save the links.
