I have a HP ENVY x360 - 15-cp0598sa laptop. 3 years old
Is it possible to upgrade a laptop which has a processor - RYZEN 5 2500u with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx.
Has anyone upgraded and if so any issues???

Hi:
Microsoft drew the W11 capable AMD processor support line at the Ryzen 3xxx notebook series, so there is nothing you can do regarding upgrading the motherboard to one that has a W11.
Neither of the two processors listed are supported for W11.
If you're interested, I can give you an easy way to bypass the W11 hardware checks so you can perform an in-place upgrade to W11 on your PC, allowing you to keep your installed programs, files, and settings, and a way to easily go back to W10 after the default 'return to W10' period expires, in case W11 doesn't work properly on your particular PC.

You're very welcome.
Please see this discussion for how to easily bypass the W11 hardware check so you can upgrade to W11.
