Hi all,
First off, I'm not an expert when it comes to computers and this is my first-ever AMD powered pc. Before I've always had Intel. I recently purchased a customized HP Pavilion with the AMD Ryzen 7 3700U processor with Radeon RX Vega 10 graphics. I received the pc a few days ago and one day as I was setting everything up and changing settings (with the intent to increase battery life).
My first question: does this processor/computer have another GPU besides the (I'm assuming is) the dedicated Vega 10? Does it have an integrated GPU within the processor like what Intel has?
(For example, I also have an HP Pavilion with Intel's i7-8565U with a dedicated 4GB NVIDIA GPU. With the Intel, there's also an integrated GPU UHD 630.)
Long story short, IF this pc is supposed to have a total of 2 GPU's (like my other Pavilion), I think I accidentally deleted the one that's integrated. As I messed around with settings, when I opened the task manager and look at the performance tab, I only see a GPU 0, which is the Radeon Vega 10. I don't see a GPU 1. Is there supposed to be another one? On my other Pavilion GPU 0 is Intel's integrated GPU and NVIDIA is the dedicated GPU 1. When I turned the computer on for the very first time and looked at the task manager I swear I saw a 2nd GPU displayed, but I could be wrong. Does AMD do something different with their GPU's then what Intel does? Are they combined or something?
IF I did delete the integrated GPU, how do I get it back? Would performing a factory reset fix the problem? Or is everything the way it's supposed to be? When looking under Device Manager it appears I deleted something relating to the Vega 10.
Thanks for any advice. I'm really confused.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to know whether your computer came with a dedicated graphics card.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I see that the computer that you have is a customized computer and I do not have the product specifications of your computer. However, based on the screenshots you have shared it doesn’t look like there is a dedicated graphics card on your computer.
The AMD vega 10 is integrated graphics like Intel UHD.
I hope that answers your question and you have a great day!
