Hi,
My laptop has two AMD graphics cards, Radeon HD 7660G and Radeon HD 7670M(High performance). Both these cards are turned off by windows with the error "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43). I've been trying a lot of different methods. My drivers are up-to-date, I also tried to remove and scan for hardware changes. My graphic card doesn't work. You can see the situation in the photo.(I am using the Turkish version of the Windows 8.1)

Welcome to HP Community
I have gone through your Post and would like to help
I suggest you download and run the HP Support Assistant from this Link: https://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/hpsupport.html?jumpid=va_r602_us/en/any/psg/p...
HPSA will automatically search for all the latest drivers for your Notebook
-
Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
-
Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
-
Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
-
Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
-
Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.
Also ensure Windows is up to date.
Select the Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update , and select Check for updates. If Windows Update says your device is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available
Also run a System Test to confirm the Hardware Functionality
- Shut down the Notebook completely
- Turn it back on, then tap the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup menu screen is displayed.
- Press F2 to select System Diagnostics.
- Click System Tests, then click Extensive Test.
Keep me posted how it goes
Thank you and have a wonderful day 😊

Hi,
I used HP Support Asistant and it shows there is no update for my device. Then I used Windows Update, I updated all my drivers with Windows Update but there is one update about my graphic card and it can't be updated.
When I try to remove and scan for hardware changes for my both graphic cards Radeon HD 7660G and Radeon HD 7670M, I hear some beep sounds my both graphic cards work for a few secons then my Radeon HD 7600M Series card starts to not work anymore. It says: 7660G works properly but for 7600M it says: Windows has stopped this devices because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
I can't fix my problem yet 😞
Have a nice day :))

My device doesn't support this tool.
I don't know if there is a relation between battery and graphic card but I removed the battery from because my battery doesn't charge anymore and it gives me HP battery alert '601' so I am using device plugged in. I wonder if there is a relation between graphic card and battery let me know please.
Have a nice day 🙂

Since you are not running the Notebook on Battery Power, this should not be an issue.
As a last resort please perform a Reset and let me know how it goes
