I’m coming to these boards among what seems like an endless amount of others that have experienced the same problem with their hp envy 360. The hinge on the left side has completely separated and no damage occurred to make this happen. I see that this has been a problem with this model for years now … has anyone had any luck with getting hp to resolve? I’m extremely bummed because I made this investment for my personal and business laptop and took great care of it but currently cannot afford to replace or even pay a couple hundred bucks as I’ve seen some others say was their resolution! Hoping for any help from the community here on which steps to take. Thanks in advance everyone!
