HP Pavilion Intel Pentium Silver n5000
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a AOC USB monitor that works fine on my Dell Latitude, but will not work on this new laptop. I have downloaded drivers, uninstalled, reinstalled everything from drivers to current Display Link Core.  Several times on ALL.  Unplugged the computer, restarted the computer every time I download or uninstall and reinstall.  I have switched up cables, tried hubs (powered and not), tried to adapt from the USB to HDMI,  even tired to use the USB Type C.

The specs of your machine is

It clearly says: it has 1 USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C™ (Data Transfer Only, 5 Gb/s signaling rate) port. You can't use this port for an external monitor with nor without a hub.

Regards.
