I RECENTLY INSTALLE RADEON GRAPHICS UPDATE ...BUT FOR SOMETIME I DONT HAVE ANY PROBLEM .BUT FROM 2 DAYS I FACING ISSUE APPS MINIMIZES SEVERALLY AFTER OPENING ...AND SCREEN IS ALSO BLINKING MINUTALLY...OS WINDOWS 8.1 64 BIT
