Hello, I am Willing to upgrade my Laptop's RAM (which is currently 8GB), graphics card and also I want to Add SSD at the place of Optical Drive. Can you please tell me:

Max memory would be a pair of 8 gb DDR3L-1600 SO-DIMM for 16 gb total. Now you have a single 8 gb so just add another 8 gb.

Service Manual

Memory upgrade on this model requires removal of the motherboard to access the slots. Graphics chip is soldered to the motherboard and not upgradeable.

There is actually a SATA M.2 slot on the back of the motherboard.  See p. 122 of the Manual. You should use that or use a 2.5 inch SATA SSD in place of the mechanical hard drive. An SSD in an optical bay caddy makes little sense but is possible.
