Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have hp pavillion pc and it is in currently extended waranty period. My pc came acroos some issue. When i took that to HP CARE centre they told me that my both 4gb ram has little corrision because of which 1 is working but the other is not working .

SO I just want to know that can my 4gb RAM be replaced as pc is in extended waranty period

Please contact HP, that should be covered by warranty UNLESS that was your fault.
