About charging issue

actually my laptop fell down. And the right charging part has been broken .. and tried to fix it and it got fixed and also the laptop works fine . But the next day when I charged a notification came that . 

Your computer will run in reduced performance and may not charge . Use of original power adapter is recommended . 
It shows like this but I am using the charger which was given with the laptop and it shows like this . What should I do 😓

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
