A handful of my HP Notebook’s keyboard keys doesn’t work anymore, keys like y,m,t and etc.... what is the issue ? what should I do ?

Hi,

Most likely the keyboard is defective and needs to be replaced. If you give the full model or product number of the notebook we can take a look at how this is done. Here is how to find it.
