Hello,My laptop is i5 8th @1.60ghz to 3.49ghz ,but my laptop is gonna so lagy when I check  my lap due to laggy in my device specifications it shows 1.6 GHz to 1.8 GHz when my friends lap has 1.6 GHz to 2.4 GHz and how shall I do any changes in regarding that processor and  whose mistake is it my lap worth is 297$ is it waste .And I bought this for gaming but it sucks please do something favour to me Im too worried about my money and my father's hard work

I'm worried, too. But please provide the full model number of the laptop. We otherwise have no idea what you are talking about.
