Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently I've bought a 'HP - 14-ck2004tu' notebook. I noticed that it's lower part of the casing is not hard but soft . I am very curious to know that is intentionally left the laptop cover flexible or it is actually week? When I lift the Notebook with my hand , it's lower part creates small sound and bend a little. Please help me knowing the fact.
