My laptop model contain Intelcore-i3 6006u @2.00GHz as it also said that it supports FLEX mode for CPU in it's official page, so can I upgrade my laptop's ram from 4GB to 12GB by installing it as (8+4GB)ram can it run in its full capacity and as a dual channel and my lap has two slots.

Hi,
Max RAM is 16GB of DDR4 2133MHz (2x8GB)
At the moment you have one 4GB module and one empty slot.
So you can add another 8GB module in the empty slot for a total of 12GB (no problem)
The RAM will run in dual channel mode if the sticks are of the same capacity, so you could get a 16GB kit.

You should also upgrade the hard drive to an SSD which would give a great boost to everyday performance.
