Hi,

The service manual mentions support for M2 SATA3 SSD such as the M2 Samsung 860 Evo or similar. (or something cheaper)

Examples:

https://www.amazon.in/Samsung-860-EVO-Internal-MZ-N6E250BW/dp/B07864V6CK/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1552...

https://www.amazon.in/Green-240GB-2280-Internal-WDS240G1G0B/dp/B01M9B2VB7/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=155...

Before buying the drive you should remove the bottom cover and check if the slot is present on the motherboard as sometimes notebooks that did not come with M2 SSD are missing physical slot on the motherboard.

On page 29 of the service manual you can see the steps to remove the bottom cover:

M2 slotM2 slot

So, if the slot is there you can install M2 SATA3 SSD.

You will need to install the OS and software on the SSD for performance gain.

Hope it helps,

David
